A boarding facility AND so much more!

Mountain Valley Stables is now "King's Revenue Ranch". The new resident managers offer a unique dimension of quality service with regard to boarding and training the horse, personalized lessons for people of all ages as well as the ability to host numerous kinds of special events, all detailed in the following pages. But King's Revenue Ranch has an added purpose now; it is the new home of Cowboys for Kids, a nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing the healing power of the horse and the character building lessons of the cowboy way of life to folks of all backgrounds and circumstances, especially to children in need. We are proud to be located on what was once known in the area as the King Ranch. A three thousand acre cattle ranch, previously owned by a local King family that has now been subdivided. Our ranch is one of the few remaining pieces of a legacy where cattle and cowboys roamed unfettered across this part of Colorado, living the life that has become American legend.

The new name of our facility, King's Revenue Ranch, is a testimony to the strong and enduring bond between horse and owner. King's Revenue, a grandson of Two Eyed Jack, was Pete Relyea's horse for 29 years. Pete has managed world class facilities in New York, Florida, Wyoming and Colorado, and brings 40 years of experience with horses, their owners and uniquely high standards of facility management to the Front Range. Pete is also the Founder and CEO of Cowboys for Kids, so King's Revenue Ranch is now the place where Pete's dream for the future and wide ranging experience come together channeling life and strength from the human to the horse and back again.

Nestled in the foothills of the beautiful Rocky Mountains...

King's Revenue Ranch is located in west Loveland, snuggled in the beautiful foothills valley near Carter Lake. We offer seventy magnificent acres with three barns, numerous paddocks with shelters, a large turnout, spacious pastures with shelters, a lighted indoor arena that is dwarfed by our enormous outdoor arena and trails, trails, trails. Whether you own a special horse of your own or would just like an introduction to the outdoors from the back of one of these equine tour guides, King's Revenue Ranch would like to show you what we have to offer.

In addition to traditional services offered by other boarding operations, we have several additional programs that are unique to our joint vision of equine facility, ranch lifestyle education point and community service outreach center. King's Revenue Ranch offers Team Building the Cowboy Way for your family or your company. We have Horseclubs for Girls, designed to encourage girls to have a horse adventure tailored just for them at a fraction of the cost of horse ownership. For the men in your life, we have Working Ranch Teams for Guys. No horse experience is required, but what young man never thought he might want to be a cowboy, even if it is only for a few hours! We also offer Cowboy Karate, a new cross cultural program designed to get kids off the couch, out of the house, getting some exercise and building character like the cowboy of the American west and the Karate kid of film legend. Welcome to our website and the promise of an adventure of your own!
